refused entry at san francisco in dallas. lawyers scrambling to file a lawsuit challenging the order. >> this really is an extraordinary measure and requires every ounce of opposition we can muster. >>reporter: the protests a jfk organized within hours. reports the people were being detained here. hundreds of demonstrators vowing to continue voicing anger. >> this is america. everybody knows this is the country everybody strives to be like. >>reporter: among other things the executive order keeps refugees from iran, iraq, libya, somalia, sudan, and yemen from entering the united states for 90 day. >> establishing new vetting measures to keep radical islamic terrorists out of the united states of america. we don't want them here. >>reporter: saturday mr. trump signed a memorandum calling for the joint chief to create a plan in 30 days to defeat isis.

skidded off the road and plunged into alameda creek. jada's family is not giving up. >>reporter: in the churning, muddy water and tangled trees along the bank, fierce determination is serve -- searchers. >> we have scoured the whole creek from top to bottom. going over same spots multiple times. >>reporter: alameda county sheriffs office launched an official search. the 18 -year-old missing when she struck a car and plunged into the creek last saturday night. >> the focus is getting answers. we sympathize with the family. we have talked to them. >>reporter: her car found upside down to the creek but rescuers found no sign of her

body. the sheriffs office scaled-back and called up the search, returning today with more than 100 trained search and rescue teams. in the meantime family and friends say they will do what she would certainly do for them. make a long, so far fruitless search a little less lonely. >> we are not giving up. we are not giving up hope. we are going to find it one way or the other. a stretch of niles canyon road from mission all of our was closed for the search and opened about an hour ago. >> a slow-moving disaster for several families from their homes. >> this used to be connected. >> that is the backyard of her home. the ground is so soft you can sink into. two weeks ago a landslide started to wreak havoc in her neighborhood. experts say the recent rain is to blame. in days at hairline crack in the pavement turned into this broken road. at the same time the foundation under her home completely

dropped. she opens -- she happens to own the home next-door as well and she was able to move into with help from the community before her home was red tag. >> it has me feeling so grateful. i feel so grateful for everybody here. it is just amazing. >> her insurance does not cover land movement but officials are trying to gather help from fema. two other homes in the neighborhood have been shut down because the ground is so unstable. cliffside apartments in pacifica will only be standing for a couple more days. demolition is scheduled to start monday morning at 8:00 a.m.. it will take another couple days to remove all the debris. the vacant complex built in the 60s and vacant for months. other neighboring apartments were torn down about a year ago, also because of cliff erosion. highway 37 in nevada back

open after flooding forced to shut down. storms last weekend in a dated the four lane road then crews spent the past week pumping out water and fixing clogged drains. eastbound lanes open wednesday in this morning the westbound lanes were reopened as well. governor brown wants to stop suspending drivers licenses because of unpaid traffic tickets. he says it hurts people who can afford to pay the fines and doesn't help the state collect payments from the offenders. opponents say it does lead to more people paying fines. governor brown@of the issue as part of his budget proposal. the bill was introduced this week in sacramento to ban the move. governor jerry brown plans to get further radiation treatment for prostate cancer. the governor's oncologist says the cancer is not extensive quote can be treated with a short course radiotherapy. the doctor says the prognosis is excellent. brown, who is 78, plans to keep a full work schedule during the

. one of starbucks greatest strength may be turning into a weakness, all because of its digital app. starbucks, as you know, the demand for digital orders getting so high some stores can't keep up. the congestion making other customers and patient so they leave without buying anything. starbucks says that is one reason they have a slower than expected cells the last quarter. amazon customers could actually be using paypal for their purchases. the ceos of both companies have been discussing a possible partnership double but amazon customers checkout using their paypal account. paypal is helping a possible deal would lead to thousands of new user. san francisco's mayor let a celebration in chinatown today on the first day of the lunar new year. children took part in the mid- a celebration. costumes laid out in a row, finishing touches.

the backyards started crumblin . a dangerous situation unfolding inside clemente now much worse because of the rainy season. the backyards of these homes started crumbling in 2011. homeowners sued the city for failing to maintain a drainpipe. the city just settled a lawsuit with residents but now heavy rain has caused new issues. speedy . >> we live here at our own risk everything down the street is red flag. >> you see the houses down there straight patios and then falling off there's nothing to hold the door up. >>reporter: a hearing planned for next month to get emergency repairs started.

we have that problem here in northern california where the san andreas fault slices through clips. daly city which has landslides built into it is a problem especially during a year like this. as we head out now, 90 minutes after 5:00, 10 minutes away from sunset. you can see the rosy glow of sunset over the highest buildings in san francisco looking toward the east bay, beautiful finish to a beautiful saturday. the numbers warming up a bit. skyrocketing into the low 60s tomorrow. right now 57 concorde, livermore 54, san francisco 57. fan -- santa rosa 59. high-pressure parked on top of the bay area. as a result it will be sunny and mild all the way through mid week. that it won't be anymore as we have low pressure on the way from late tuesday early wednesday rain spreading south.
