to hire 10,000 refugees over the next five years in the countries where it does business. with regards to doing business in mexico and proposed trade sanctions and immigration restrictions, the company says they plan to work with families to navigate the impact. anger uber users deleted their app when drivers considered service at jfk airport while drivers went on strike to protest of the immigration order. they pledged a million dollar donation to the liberty union. uber says they're working to support drivers affected by the order. over the weekend, the alcu received donations totaling $24 million. the nonprofit group typically gets $4 million in online donations each year. investigators are looking into the mysterious death of a cooper real-estate investor. he was found in a shallow grave in the central valley a week after he vanished

and today authorities announced an arrest. anne mack vick is live with the story. >>reporter: investigators says that tommy swwe was strangled to death by his employee christopher who is now in the santa clara county jail. among the clues that led to their suspect, sheriff's officials says elweck tried to cash a $10,000 account from the victim's account and he had the victim's wallet when he was arrested for brannishing a knife close to where the body was found. they said he was seen on video purchasing a shovel at home depot when swee was reported missing. he's well-known in the community. he used to serve on the cooper teen school board and worked as a real-estate -- swee's body was found in a shallow

years. the apartments were red tagged last year forcing residents to move out and the buildings were slated to be torn down, but the recent storms sped up that process. >> we are here to take down a third apartment building in less than a year that has become one mine by the bluff erosion. as you probably remember, last year we took action to deem this building behind me as not inhabitable. it was not safe for the residents to be in it for any length of time and we instructed them to start removing their belongings and they have done it and we're taking it down. >> the city says they had to act fast because the apartments contained hazardous material that they didn't want it falling into the ocean because it would pose a health threat and it would be difficult to fix. the demolition is

mosque attack. the shooting in quebec c d and 8 others police are now saying there's only one suspected gunman in last night's deadly canadian mosque attack and the shooting in quebec city left six dead and eight others hurt. the prime minister is calling it a terrorist attack. >>reporter: the gunfire erupted inside this mosque sunday night during evening prayers. first responders are seen rushing inside to aid the wounded. prime minister justin trudale addressed the attack from the floor of parliament. >> this was a group of innocence targeted for practicing their faith. make no mistake, this was a terrorist attack. >> of the more than 50 people inside the mosque at the time of the shooting, sick were killed. more than a dozen hurt. >> it's hard to believe
