>> hey, i got to tell you, man, you guys did a great job. i know you guys when you first came through, and now, to see where you're, your eighth deal, and you've got so much more to come. guys, reality, not reality tv. >> listen, we're real people. if you're sitting at home, wondering -- you know, we're not actors. if you're thinking, "can we do this?" you absolutely can. we're real people. >> this is reality. >> yeah, not reality tv. this is reality. >> i want to talk to you about taking control of your assets and your finances. i know that a lot of you have retirement accounts, and i know that a lot of you believe that the only thing and the only options you have is to invest in the stock market or stay in a cash position. now, i've already talked about a few times here that if you stay in a cash position, you'll probably outlive your money. the way the economy is, you have to invest your way to your future. the other one is, we invest in the stock market. now, i want you to know you have options. you can invest in real estate with your iras and your 401(k)s.

now, here's how it works. when we invest in the stock market, we get a report. what do we all do? we go to the last page, and we look in the bottom right to make sure our money's still there. most of the time, it's not. let me tell you what some other options are. you can flip properties inside your ira. you can lend money inside of your ira. and the most exciting is, you can hold a brick-and-mortar asset right inside your ira account, your retirement accounts. let me tell you how that works. you have $100,000 in there. we're gonna use that for easy math. and you find a property that's $100,000. you wire the money right to escrow, you close. now guess what happens on your statement next time. you look, and you have a property address. that property address is what you own. you will see the rents coming in, tax-deferred. it's very powerful. and then, at the bottom of the page, you will see your balance. now here's where it really gets good. what about when the property goes from $100,000 to $150,000? guess what. your ira account, your
