coast. the child disappeared saturday in the rough surf of new smyrna beach. he was with his 11-year-old sister who tried to save him. she had to be rescued by lifeguards. but they found no sign of the boy. searchers looked all day yesterday with coast guard boats and helicopters scanning the ocean. >> it only takes seconds, just seconds, to just change your life forever. >> the national weather service said high winds were in effect at the time of the boy's disappearance. in syria the death toll has risen in the bombing of a bus convoy carrying evacuees. at least 126 people were killed in saturday's blast. that's according to a human rights monitoring group. one report attributed the carnage to a suicide car bomb. the victims had been waiting to cross on friday but the process was thwarted by a stalled
