santa rosa and alameda boulevard. when they arrived, he was already word -- he was already dead. no word on how he died. the second defendant on the ghost ship fire appeared in court. matt harris was arraigned and faces 36 counts of manslaughter for his role in the deadly fire last december. they said harris plan the illegal party at the warehouse and his case was continued until later this week. the master tenant at the warehouse, derick almena, is expected back in court thursday and we are getting our first look. the stabbing of a middle school student. police arrested a 44-year-old -- of 44-year-old near the library in millbury. a 13-year-old boy was stabbed multiple times with a pocket knife on monday afternoon, and unprovoked attack. the suspect was described as

homeless and attacked the boy at random. the boy was helped by friends and library staff and is now recovering. new developments in the bill cosby trial. after calling a single witness, the defense rested. attorneys for the entertainer questioned him for six minutes. cosby announced he would not take the stand and during deliberations, they could begin today. a pair of setbacks for the president this noon. a pair of federal -- a federal appeals court has blocked the travel ban. they found it discriminates based on nationality and attorneys general from maryland and d.c. said they will sue president trump allegedly violated the constitution by retaining business ties that create a conflict of interest. this news as the first family settles into the white house together for the first time. the president of first lady melania trump and their son arrived last night. barron trump finished his school year at a manhattan private school and the presidents attorney general will face senator is investigating russian meddling in the 2016 election. reporter seth lennon on how the testimony from james comey changed the court.

concerns. >> reporter: in houston and los angeles, these alleged porch pirates are quick and brazen. in campbell california, homeowner terry bolan had a security camera caught a man approaching the porch before making off with the deliveries. >> this is what i used. >> reporter: he worked with the local police department to use his porch to drop off bait packages hoping to lure criminals. inside a regular shipping box, they packed a common delivery item with a gps tracking device and they want to keep it under wraps the criminals don't know what to look for. >> we found that a lot of times the thieves open the boxes before they leave, to make sure it is something they want. >> reporter: the thieves are getting picky? >> they are getting picky. >> reporter: these have been successful in several countries. arcadia police said more than 100 suspected thieves have taken the bait and experts said the operations are legal but others said they should be
