>> this monument was vandalized for the second time. a teenager who allegedly broke a glass panel will be charged with willful and malicious destruction. a memorial service will be held this morning for heather heyer. she died after a car plowed into a crowd of demonstrators on saturday. james alex fields is charged with second-degree murder. a hearing is scheduled for august 25th. and ahead, only on "cbs this morning," afl-cio president, richard trumka, the latest representative to withdraw from a white house manufacturing council because of what the president said and didn't say about the events in charlottesville. there will be a primary runoff to fill the senate seat in alabama previously held by attorney general jeff sessions. the incumbent luther strange will face chief sator j roy moore on september 26th.
