would-be colleague. h the allegations, if true, to me, mean he needs to step aside. >> reporter: moore is a former chief justice of the alabama supreme court and a staunch evangelical. >> but we're all created in the image of god. >> reporter: but four women told the "washington post" that moore pursued intimate relationships with them when they were teenagers. leigh corfman says she was 14 and moore was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney when he befriended her outside a custody hearing in 1979. she says he "asked her for her phone number," picked her up in his car and kissed her. on a second visit, he took off her shirt and pants, and removed his clothes. he touched her and guided her to touch him over his underwear. louis c.k. is known as a comedian with a conscience. t s stand-up routines often point out male hypocrisy. now he is accused of sexual misconduct. jericka duncan is following this, and a warning: some of the accusations are graphic. >> reporter: the "new york times" spoke to five women who went on record with stories about louis c.k. that are anything but funny. after a comedy show in 2002, comedy duo julia wolov and dana min goodman tell the "new york k.mes," louis c.k. asked them if he could "take out his penis" while the two were in his hotel room. they say they thought it was a .oke and laughed it off, and then they say, he really did it. in 2003, aby schachner says she invited louis c.k. to one of her comedy shows. during the phone conversation, she claims she could hear him masturbating as they spoke. and rebecca corry says while taping a television pilot in c.05, louis c.k. asked if he could masturbate in front of her. she declined.

he will issue a written statement in the coming days. actor kevin spacey is being cut out of a film that's already completed. spacey has been hit by a flood of accusations of sexual harassment and assault. director ridley scott said spacey's scenes from "all the e ney in the world" will be reshot with christopher plummer in spacey's role. the air force is moving quickly as it investigates mistakes that allowed a gunman to purchase the rifle used to kill 26 people sunday, at a texas church. dhe court-martialed airman's conviction was not entered into the database for background checks. michelle miller now with more on the heroes who chased down the killer. >> i was home when i heard the ehots. >> reporter: new cell phone video shows a visibly shaken and barefoot stephen willeford talking to police, just moments after shooting and chasing gunman devin kelley. >> okay, so you think you may have shot him? >> i can't think of any other

gr. trump was there, too, along with his longtime bodyguard keith schiller. this week, schiller told members ou the house intelligence committee that during that trip, an offer was made to send five el rn to mr. trump's hotel room at the ritz-carlton. according to a source, schiller told the committee, he didn't take the offer seriously, but he did later mention it to mr. trump. the intelligence committee is investigating allegations made in a 35-page dossier compiled last year by a former british spy. it made the unsubstantiated claim that the kremlin had compromising information on mr. trump that included salacious details about his 2013 trip to moscow. >> it is an age-old tactic. vee russians have been using it for as long as they have been spies. >> reporter: eric o'neill is a former f.b.i. operative. >> i'm not surprised at all that the russians would have gone after someone like mr. trump at the time, to gather that compromising information. he's a well-known figure, someone who is very engaged in

we've learned of a loophole that could let drivers with criminal records slip through the cracks. good evening, i'm allen martin. i'm new at 6: kpix 5 begins with new safety rules for uber and lyft. >> new at 6:00 uber and lyft driver still won't be fingerprinted but for the first time they will have to go through a background check every year. kpix 5 has learned about some gaping holes in these checks. >> reporter: we are here in downtown san francisco at a very busy taxi stand. each of the drivers of these taxis had to be fingerprinted and the fingerprints run through a national fbi law- enforcement database. uber and lyft drivers do not have to go through that. today we learned that the commercial on my background check used by uber and lyft has some gaping holes.

san francisco criminal records are not available on any of those background check sites. >> this motion is adopted. >> reporter: it is unanimous. ridesharing companies like uber and lyft do not have to fingerprint there drivers. today the california public utilities commission said the current system of checks is sufficient and it added the requirement for -- that kind check has to be done each year. >> the record demonstrates that the process currently employed those results improperly screening driver applications for past offenses. >> reporter: the meeting was held in san francisco today and that is one of the places that commercial background checks actually cannot search. it is only jurisdictions that can actually
