they are already here on our hi-def doppler. you can see some green, areas of yellow, and it's looking like right along the coast near half moon bay, along highway 1, you will run into some rain there and same with near san mateo. and it is pretty light in most locations, so if you do see, you know, the green here, a lot of that could be virga, which means it doesn't hit the ground. but right over the bay bridge, if you head towards oakland, you may run into some rain. it is a lot lighter through berkeley, just saw some storm clouds coming through there and that's about it. through hercules and crockett along i-80 there's a little bit of green showing up. and then the north bay. so the north bay is going to have the most rainfall from this storm and, yes, they are seeing it already. santa rosa, windsor, highway 101, rohnert park as well, petaluma, a lighter shower. some of it may not be hitting the ground at all. no measurable precipitation. but it is definitely moist up there in the cloud coverage. here's our mount vaca view. you can certainly see the dark storm clouds and yes, i want to talk about this flood watch. so they have now issued it for the north bay and the santa

cruz mountains and the north bay coast central range, as well. look at the amount of rain expected, three to four inches for the north bay valleys. the mountains could get up to six. santa cruz mountains could see up to eight inches of rain. and that of course could lead to rock and mudslides, also debris flowing in the burn areas. and then some of the rivers and creeks are expected to rise, as well. now, here in san francisco, officials have set up temporary flood barriers in the mission district. kpix 5's anne makovec on the area that's notorious for flooding when the big storms roll through. >> reporter: this is the third rainy season the cihe city is g to have two workers out here 24 hours a day until the storm is over to monitor the situation and to move some of these barriers if needed. in san francisco, anne makevoc, kpix 5. and a live look outside towards dublin. you can see the clouds are here and the flags are blowing a little bit in that wind. you can stay tuned for neda's full forecast in just about 15 minutes. new details this morning about the youtube shooter's final hours before she opened

fire at the company's headquarters in san bruno on tuesday. investigators say that 39-year- old nasim aghdam visited a gun range on the peninsula on tuesday morning just hours before she arrived at the youtube campus in san bruno. three people were struck by gunfire. two victims have been released from the hospital. and one victim is still recovering in the hospital. police say that he is now in fair condition. take a look at these flames. the thick heavy smoke could be seen for miles. martinez police tweeted this video just hours ago of an rv on fire. the area was closed down until they cleared the scene. no injuries were reported. he cause is under investigat ion. a new discovery at the mendocino crash scene where an suv went over a cliff. investigators say they found a cell phone. the crash was first reported a week and a half ago off highway 1 in mendocino county. dozens of searchers from eight different agencies are looking for any signs of life after

that fatal plunge. three children are still missing. the chp says one of the two women who adopted the six children may have been intentionally driven off the cliff. neither woman was wearing a seatbelt. the search is suspended for today possibly due to the weather. there is a big reason if you have seen a heavy security presence and heavy traffic near the four seasons hotel in east palo alto. the saudi crown prince is expected to make a visit. but as kpix 5's jessica flores shows us, he is not exactly getting a warm welcome. >> reporter: security is tight at the four seasons in east palo alto. now, we haven't seen any sign of the crown prince, but we have seen a lot of signs protesting his visit to silicon valley. demonstrators gathered across the street from the four seasons where security personnel guarded entrances and where the saudi crown prince will be staying during his stop in silicon valley along his six-city u.s. tour.

to decide on the best way to build the new line. take a look. this is the proposed version vta is expected to vote on today. the tunnel would go right under santa clara street in san jose. the plan extends bart from the brand-new berryessa station to its final stop in santa clara. initially, bart wanted to dig two parallel tunnels, which would have made a mess on the roads in parts of downtown san jose. bart officials will make a vote on the single tunnel design in three weeks. president trump has signed a proclamation directing national guard troops to be deployed along the southern border. the president said that a drastic surge of illegal activity left him with no choice but to act. some are questioning the move. >> this is a historically low time for illegal immigration. so it does seem a little strange that we would be sending guard to the border at this particular time. >> the president tweeted out this morning saying, quote, because of the trump administration's actions, border crossings are at a still low. stop drugs. a arder

his cup and said para ti. that's where we got the name, para ti global. he was selfless and it inspired me to do the same. >> reporter: so far para ti global has sent donations to the philippines and cuba. they have given away about 2 tops of clothes, toiletries, school supplies to more than 7,000 children. donations from individuals and businesses fill half the anderson family garage. fitness director says ufs gym is honored to contribute thousands of dollars in goods each year. >> for two individuals at their age to step up and say, hey, we want to make a difference, i think that is the biggest amount of courage somebody could have. >> reporter: the carondelet high school senior and de la salle freshman also used monetary donations for care for disabled children and after-school programs in mexico and hot meals in the philippines. >> they are not alone in this world. everybody can make a difference, and anything can
