12:23 pm
carrier can't move as a projectile. dogs the same thing applies, believe it or not. for me in my car, i have my dogs attached using carbine in a a rope or leash or halters and small dogs should be in a carrier. what i don't like to see not okay is animals that especially small dogs that are hanging out the front window while the person is driving sitting on their lap. that's dangerous for other drivers and for the pet. the animal could go flying out the window order impede the driver. if you have a dog in the back of the pickup truck it needs to be tethered on both sides, california law. >> good things to keep in mind, even though you see it all over the roads. if you have a question about your pets's health and well- being, we want to hear from you. ust email us at pets@kpix.com and we'll have our pet expert give you an answer every friday right here
