lindsay gottlieb is already teaching her son important lessons. but it is one interaction with a southwest agent that she hopes will teach the airline a lesson. >> it made me feel less than. >> reporter: she was flying home from denver when a southwest agent asked her to prove she is the mother of her baby. she says she showed her son's passport with the agent was not satisfied and wanted a birth certificate. >> she said how do i know you are the mother? >> reporter: she says she believes the agent questioned her because her baby is biracial. >> i was rattled. i was a little bit shocked. >> reporter: she says the agent what her family check in but she turned to twitter get that -- to get the airlines a twinge -- attention tweeting that she is appalled that after 50 times flying with her son ticket counter personal told me she

is seen as one of kim jong-un's most trusted aides. he was by his side when he met with the south korean president on saturday. he is also north korea's former spy chief and is credited with authorizing cyber attacks in the u.s. including the hack on sony pictures. that landed him on the u.s. sanctions list which bars him from entering the u.s. that means he is likely being granted a waiver to make the trip to new york. a week from today a santa clara judge should learn if his time on the bench will continue. he is facing a recall in the wake of the brock turner case. he sentenced the swimmer to a few months in jail for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman. the case sparked national outrage and a petition to drive to remove him from the bench -- in an exclusive interview with john blackstone, he says he can't let reactions to judgments sway the courts.
