jackie ward joins us in the studio with the latest developments. the latest numbers show london breed widening her lead .. to about 18- hundred votes. the elections depart >> sources tell susie steimle, mark leno plans to announce his concession to london breed in about an hour. however, an official winner for the san francisco mayor has not been announced. the latest numbers show london breed widening her lead to about 1800 votes the elections department is still counting votes but the math has not been working in leno's favor. leno team would have to calculate if he could catch up to breed. he would have been the first openly gay man to serve as mayor in the city's history. if he drops out of the race, it would clear a way for london breed. she would become the first african-american woman elected san francisco mayor. because of her position as -- on board of uld retire from politics supervisors, she became the acting mayor after the death of mayor ed lee for a time. leno told melissa kane that if

at the valero gas station, on park street, near buena vista avenue. several of the suspects are seen up close. police in alameda are looking for four people who broke into a gas station. surveillance video captured the crime in progress last thursday at the valero on park street and one of the still -- one of the steck avenue. police say tapirs three of the suspects are men and one is a woman. anyone with information is asked the 19-year-old woman was taken to the hospital... and is in stable condition. to call the alameda police department. police are on the lookout for a hit and run driver who struck a pedestrian at a busy intersection. they say the suspect hit a woman at mckeever -- mckee road around 2:15 am. the 19-year-old victim was taken to the hospital and is now in stable condition. a witness says the driver took off in a 1990s silver, light colored suv. days to process the kits. santa clco wts to redu that to 30 days.

santa clara county is taking steps to speed up justice for rape survivors approving $600,000 to process a backlog of 200 rape kits. that's physical evidence collected from rape victims intended to aid in catching their attackers. p is telling it currently takes the county 94 days to process the kids. santa clara county wants reduce -- wants to reduce that to 30 days. two measures are being considered to reduce the ut exactly backlog statewide. telling americans they can sleep better now that he has convinced north korea to get rid of its nuclear weapons but as nikki batiste reports, questions remain about how and when that will happen. >> reporter: president donald trump arrived home th morning following his whirlwind summit with north korean leader kim jong un. he tweeted, "everyone can now feel much safer than the day i took office." he added, "there is no longer a nuclear threat from north korea." the president and kim jong un promised denuclearization of the korean peninsula. the agreement had no mention of verification, a timeline, or north korea's human rights abuses. >> this president wants north
