reviewing the footage now. police say they do not recommend taking matters into your own hands in these cases but they say the person who did the shooting in this case has been extremely cooperative and they doubt he'll face any criminal charges. in richmond, anne macovich, kpix5. >> the 47-year-old robbery suspect is from richmond and has been arrested for robbery before. he's at a hospital still and authorities have not released his name. a health advisory now over after an incident at shell refinery in martinez. company spokesperson said the advisory was issued as a precaution after a unit upset at the refinery this morning. a unit upset is not one up to standard. no further details were given. cal fire says a person died in a wild fire near the california oregon bo. the body
