it happened arou 80 is still -- i80 still at a standstill after a chp officer was involved in a crash road. chp said drivers should find alternate routs and only one -- routes and only one westbound lane is open. three people were taken to the hospital and no word on their condition yelt. chopper -- yet. chopper 5 is live above the north bay medical center and you can see a number of law enforcement and chp officers waiting outside of the hospital right there. we'll continue to monitor this developing story throughout the day and give you details as we get them. in oakland, first responders rescued two victims trapped under a truck after witnesses say it crashed through a fence and into a yard at an oakland charter school at 42nd and foothill an hour ago. the exact cause of the crash is under investigation and the witness tells us the driver may have been under the influence of drugs and is now being

a bit and head east and as it does, that low pressure moves in and cools off a bit. afternoon sun for everybody september at the shoreline not quite as warm heading into the weekend and in fact, the cooling will continue not only through the weekend but through next week as the sea breeze begins to pick up. low kicks inland and nice light at the ball yard as the giants take on the first pitch at 7:15 tonight. it'll be breezy and about 62 degrees and a lot happening this weekend if you think about what to do. what to do, outside lands is one thing. 62 degrees for this weekend at golden gate park and a few low clouds out there. forecast highs for us today, we'll see numbers mostly in the mid 80s in the south bay. campbell this afternoon, 89 degrees, 92 and over toward the skyline and shoreline, numbers in the 60s today and plenty of low clouds. contrast on the east bay and numbers as warm as 97 at

fairfield and 97 at brentwood and livermore 96 and pleasant town 96. sunshine this afternoon for the north bay and nice but only mid 80s with 84 degrees in san rafael and 87 in petalooma and up to sonoma county and mill valley, 75. up by where they're fighting the fires, that continues flirting with 100 degrees. lake port at 97 and clear lake the same. northern end of the napa valley, 98 degrees. sunset tonight 8:00 p.m. daylight hour are shrinking bit by bit at 6:21:00 a.m.. we'll go with status quo, sun in the afternoon and temperatures ranging from the 60s at the coast to low 90s inland but all in all, it looks like an absotely gorgeous weekend ahead so go do it.

way to get or "stay" healthy. but, ocassionally members have problems... "ending" those memberships.. our consumerwatch team recently tackled such a case. gary hethcote (heth-coat) wanted to get back i . joining a health club is trendy but occasionally members have problems ening their membership. >> gary wanted to get back in shape after a foot injury and they signed up for six months for training in san jose but four months in, he decided to stop. nothing wrong with it but he received all the instruction he needed. gary expected he'd be billed for an additional two months but later in the year when he carefully checked his bank statements, gary got a surprise: city sports had continued to charge him $240 a month for personal training. it added up to more than $2,000. >> i was disappointed first of all that, you know, they gave me the impression it was six months. >> he contacted consumer watch.
