of the situation and bring you the latest as it develops. the construction accident that happened around 9:00 a.m. off durham road near 680. let's get right over to kpix 5 kid doe who is live with this developing story. on construction company , they have shut down the job site for the day. just before 9:00 a.m. two construction workers were climbing the 20-foot tower made of steel and rebar. they are required to wear safety harnesses, so they were clipped in in case they slip and fall. as they were nearing the top, the workers could sense the tower was about to topple over but they cannot unbuckle in time. so they fell down with the tower. one of the workers was injured likely crushed by the structure and is now in the hospital in critical condition. the other worker how to moderate injuries and a third man had minor scratches. the construction company tells me each tower is made of six pieces of rebar. they are set deep into the concrete foundation.

bay area safeway bakery employee is now a millionaire. he got five of the six megamillion numbers and is $1.9 million richer. jackie ward visited the grocery store where he works in san francisco's marina neighborhood. the same place he bought the winning ticket. >> one until he showed up to work and put in a couple of hours of work. when he did find out he had five of the six winning numbers , his manager gave him the blessing to leave. when store manager onof her employees one. >> i think i ran from the meat department all the way to the front lobby. i believe i was screaming for joy. all of my employees started congregating around the customer service center to congratulate him. >> reporter: leah says he was shaking with excitement. she quickly sent him home away from the spotlight. she would not disclose his name only that he's in his 20s and has worked there for two years. >> i think he was extremely nervous.
