reporter jackie ward brings us the details from the deadly scene. >> when the sheriff deputy got the call they were told that the staff members at the center had been shot after 1:30, two victims a man and a woman weretaken to be treated for gunshot wounds, a third victim died at the scene the conditions of the victims are unknown at this time. for people living in the area something like this is alarming. >> it was so shocking i heard it right now. it is pretty bad. the city is so quiet and everything, that's why around here. >> this afternoon sheriff deputies are still looking for the shooter and the motive. >> when deputies arrived they searched the scene, searched the area, with the assistance of chp helicopter. they were unable to locate the suspect. the suspect fled the scene, the immediate area is secure. >> according to its website

free $50 gas card. the campaign saying up to a thousand drivers would win those cards. they told voters why it is important to vote yes. california already has the fourth highest gas taxes in the nation. if we actually spend the money from the gas tax on our roads, we have more money than what the politicians got with this 12-cent increase in sb1. >> the campaign estimated that one out of every 50 drivers that attended today's rally would get a free card. a number of ride share companies are getting voters a free ride to the polls tomorrow, lyft is providing half off rides nationwide. uber will offer $10 off a single ride. skip scooters will give users a $5 credit and 4 go bike will offer free trips if you are heading to the polls. we have the latest information ahead of election day go to our website

>> the driver was not able to reverse because the vehicle blocked the road, luckily no reports of any injuries. richardson bay, officials there have been cracking down on unoccupied boats bobbing in the water. as chopper 5 flew over the houseboats some vessels that haven't been used in years, stand alone in the bay. according to the richardson's bay regional agency 28 unattended floats have been removed but police this year while 19 floats have been disposed of. officials say these boats cause a lot of problems. they can break loose during storms and cause damage to other boats. >> its been a rocky few weeks for the dow as you take a look at the big board the dow is up in positive territory, up 226 points. shallow marine layer out there with light on shore winds and temperatures a bit on the cool side, temperatures right now you can see from 60s and 70s from concord, 76 oakland. 67 livermore, 75, san francisco at 67. san jose coming in at 71 right now. santa rosa at 76. this is the 6 to 10 day out look with a climate prediction center just to show you we're talking about above average temperatures over the next several days not just for us here in the bay area but for all of the state so we're looking at dry conditions as well. the satellite and radar shows this ridge of high pressure that light on shore flow we had a few low clouds as we head through the afternoon we'll see plenty of sunshine at 4 p.m., the coast, the bay, inland, that will continue as we go through the next several days.

let's talk about the chance for rain. this is future cast taking you through the next 10 days, unfortunately we look pretty dry in the bay area, so all of the weather systems bringing you the rain to the pacific northwest down through oregon but not so much for us. so the rain chances stay to our north, we hope it would creep further south than us, it is not going to be the case. sunsets at 5:06 our sunrise at 6:40 for tomorrow morning. daytime highs today, we're looking at temperatures in the low 60s from oakland from 73 in freemont, 75 for a high in san jose. 77 for santa rosa as well as for napa. here we go with that 7 day forecast, temperatures are a little bit cooler for the middle part of the week, warming up through the weekend with plenty of sunshine, dry conditions through the workweek into the weekend we'll be right back. proposition 11 solves two issues.
