new details now on the man accused of kidnapping jayme closs and killing her parents. he is in court today for the first time. prosecutors say 21-year-old jake patterson spotted 13-year- old closs on a school bus and decided he would kidnap her. patterson is being charged with two counts of homicide, kidnapping and burglary. closs' relatives want to know everything that hatched to jayme during her ordeal but won't pressure her for details. >> we have to take little steps, jayme, once she is ready to talk, she will. >> jayme had been missing since her parents were killed in mid october. she escaped captivity thursday. she is doing pretty well under the circumstances and now that she is safe they can begin the briefs process
