manhunt is underway. this is in the area of 580 and s college. we start with breaking news right now in oakland, a manhunt is under way in the area of 580 and seminary near mills college. police are not saying much right now. all we heard is that a car crashed after a chase and one person has been detained so far. the search under way is nor a second suspect. and police have not said what that suspect is wanted for.
