apartments today as they continue to investigate. we've learned this began over a family dispute between the two brothers and then it turned violent. >> it start as a physical fight and then it led to one brother pulling out a knife and stabbing the other one multiple times. unnatly it happened outside the apartment. the victim died in his father's hands. >> police arrested moses torres for the death of his older brother ivan torres. the family's neighbors says she never noticed there were any problems. >> i will say hi to the neighbors and that's it. just shocking, you know, i don't know kind of makes me sad. >> police have not said what led up to the fight moses torres is being held without bail. details out of oakland an arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that left a 4-year-old in critical condition. the young boy found a gun under a bed and that the shooting was accidental.
