crime spree. >> reporter: this is where it ended. the suspect crashed into a gas pump on vastco road and leading officers on two high speed chases. this is the aftermath of the fire that mikaela recount is accused of setting. it's amp printing in dublin. it started in recycling material and spread to the car. >> there was a car on fire in the next development that was burning at the time. they set our building on fire. >> reporter: jeff maine alerted them of the amp fire and they came to put it out without them coming, this building probably would have been gone. >> reporter: we found several buildings off sierra court that had been set on fire. officers spotted the suspect in the same hear driving slowly

overnight u.s. raised tariffs on $200 billion worth of chinese made goods from 10% to 25%. the president tweeting tariffs will make our country much stronger, not weaker. just sit back and watch. in the mean time in china should not try toprenegotiate deals with us at the last minute. >> we can't have that. >> reporter: if no deal can be reached, president trump said he is to put another25% tariff on $325 billion worth of goods. china will put tariffs on goods. u.s. farmers, also being impacted by trade tensions, could be hit harder. a farmer in iowa said one of the neighbors will have to sell their farm if the u.s. and china can't agree to a deal.

remains the same. >> the presidential hopeful mayor pete is in the area. pete buttigieg was backing a controversial tax program with mayor garcetti. he will attend a grass roots fund-raiser in san francisco tonight. this is his fifth trip to california. we have some breaking news for you. the u.s. house of representatives has just passed a multibillion dollar disaster relief bill that could help thousands of california survivors of wildfires. now this disaster relief bill is a $19.1 billion bill. this would go toward rebuilding and recovery, specifically some of that, about $9 billion, is earmarked for california wildfires. now this whole bill, though, is in jeopardy once it moves to
