good afternoon everyone i am show griego. >> other napa residents sheltering in place after it spilled outside their homes. officials say it happened on redwood road near wind drive. >> wilson walker just got to the scen eporter:this is redwood road on the west may be north was signed napa. i can show you exactly what they are faced with here. going to push in and show you a couple things. for starters, this tank right here, i apologize, you can see the liquid nitrogen tank rate they are. you can see the sort of vapor coming off of it. that is a tank of liquid nitrogen that has come off of this truck. along with liquid nitrogen there's are gone, sulfur, sulfuric acid and propane. some of those, not necessarily the most volatile chemicals but certainly the kind of things you do not want jostled around more than you have to so here

is what they are doing. trying to get the truck pulled away from the canisters that had turned over. you can see the winch sort of chain they have attached to the side of the truck it and get better access to the chemicals that have spilled off there. a better chance to ensure they are stable, make sure the containers haven't been compromised in any way pull everything out here obviously the homes around here there is a creek that runs along the road . they don't want anything seeping into the creek that runs along the road. just something you want to take your time with and be completely deliberate, slow inpatient as to not shake any of the stuff that more than it already has or damage any containers. they think everything is pretty well contained. they don't think anything significant is leaking again just the situation you want to be as careful as you can which

president trump's plan to fund a border wall with mexico. 20 states led by california have brought one lawsuit. the sierra club and southern border communities coalition have brought another. against the plan to meanwhile is the president unveils his proposal on letting immigrants into the country legally, the administration reportedly considering ways to deal with undocumented immigrants already in the u.s.. natalie brandt has details from the house. >> reporter: president trump morning undocumented immigrants they will be removed from the country. he tweeted this morning saying quote please do not make yourselves too comfortable you will be leaving soon. the administration is reportedly considering using a little-known law to allow the military to round up immigrants already in the country. the insurrection act allows the president to deploy military troops within the u.s. to put against insurrection and rebellion. the daily caller first reported the possibility quoting multiple senior administration officials. deputy house press secretary hogan gidley was asked about this on fox and friends this morning morning. >> is the administration

considering the insurrection? ingal auority to protect the to protect spinning president trump also calling on democratic lawmakers today to support his newly unveiled proposal to change the legal immigration system in the united states but the plan does not address the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants already here. the administration may also be targeting employers who hire undocumented immigrants. the new york times reports, since march, iris has sent letters to 570,000 businesses morning some employees do not match their social security numbers. the letters do not threaten employers with enforcement action or penalties, but many businesses in hospitality, construction and agriculture, say they are nervous.

ischemic missouri's republican- led house passed a bill to ban abortions at eight weeks of pregnancy. the naved the little red the legislation yesterday and now goes to governor mike parson who voiced support for earlier this week. bill outlaws abortions after a heartbeat can be detected with exceptions for medical emergencies but not for rape or incest. i am emily turner at the live news desk where we have just learned an antioch man behind bars, charged with child pornography as well as putting a camera in a bathroom. this was all discovered after a patron at a trampoline business in antioch discovered the camera in the men's room. this man's name is richard rocha you are about to take a look at his mug shot. currently in custody there he is right now. that patron found the camera in the men's room and then police were able to link surveillance video, security video of the business to the car of mr. rocha and then ultimately
