exceptions for rape or incest. >> this is pro-life legislation with a pro-life governor. >> louisiana joins five other states in pass passing so-called heartbeat bills, including missouri who may close its one abortion facility by the end of the week. >> with regard to the number of abortion facilities, every step should be taken to ensure all steps are followed for the safety and well being of women's health care. >> the license for the st. louis clinic is set to expire on friday, a move planned parenthood is now trying to fight in court. >> if abortion remains legal, but it's inaccessible, for all intents and purposes, women are not able to enter essential health care. >> they say it will end up here. justices signaled they're reluctant to revisit roe versus wade in the near future. weighing in on an indiana abortion law they upheld their

on the "cbs moneywatch," amazon introduces a new way for alexa to delete your voice recordings, and boeing gets ready to test its new jet. diane king hall is at the new york stock exchange with that and more. good morning, diane. >> good morning, anne-marie. another big day for earnings reports. they include burlington stores, general dollar store, dollar tree, gap, and beauty. stocks slumped. the dow tumbled 221 points, the s&p 500 dropped points, and the nasdaq lost 60 points. boeing is expected to make the first test flight of its sa track to put the plane into airline service in 2020. extend its reach in the many jumbo markets.

our top stories this morning. president trump's personal attorney rudy giuliani calls robert mueller's russia probe a waste of two years. during his public comment yesterday, the special counsel said federal rules prevent him from charging president trump with a crime, however, he noted he did not exonerate the president. and the potential for severe weather has become less widespread today into tomorrow. severe weather pummeled the u.s. from the south to the northeast yesterday. damaging tornados were reported in texas. a roof blew onto a car, leaving one person dead in kentucky. and in pennsylvania, tornado and flash flood warnings were issued. a campgrounds worker was relieved from duties after
