station an hour ago. you can see a train slowly moving along and several others just stuck on the tracks. we are told the warm springs richmond and daily city lines are affected. and ac transit had had helping rider rider in the east bay. the pictures showing a crowd of people waiting to board outside bay fair station and those waiting on the train as well. the viewer who sent these in says he waited about 40 minutes. no word a on what the problem on the track. good afternoon i am kenny choi. the alameda county sheriff office is filing a complaint against the raptors's president over an alnld altercation. this video capturing the commotion moments after the alleged push. authorities say that raptors president masai ujiri pushed a sheriff deputy when he was not let on the court to celebrate the raptor's championship win. raptors releasing this statement today saying "the incident is being looked at and
