>> reporter: this woman is a new b.a.r.t. station agent including the station where oliver williams was stabbed to death and b.a.r.t.'s directors held a moment of silence for williams at the beginning of the meeting but after that the message was loud and clear that b.a.r.t. employees want to go safer and they want passengers to feel that same level of security and they propose all cars be moved to the back of the trained and passengers cannot pass through forcing them to stay in that car even during an emergency. >> when you're being attacked, having a camera is not going to help you. having access to getting away from the situation could help you. >> reporter: on tuesday this man was trying to steal issues off of a sleeping b.a.r.t. passenger went on for williams stepped in and tried to stop him . crimspree continues m to death
