so'syou first of all the wind. we're seeing the wind pick up. here we -h17 in downtown san francisco and 18 in berkeley, and 15-mile-per- hour winds in napa. a wind advisory for the entire bay area until 7 a.m. tomorrow. gusts 40 to 50 miles per hour. and a flash flood watch for the kincade fire burn area. storm totals 4 inches. we could see flash flooding. rock cloudy skies, and debris flows as we go through today into tomorrow. and i want to show you that winter storm warning for the sierra. we're talking about a latino of snow in the sierra a lot of snow in the sierra. the winter storm warning is in effect from 4 p.m. today until 1 p.m. sunday. and i want to show you a live

shooting in pensacola, florida. the suspect was an aviation student from saudi arabia. four people are dead, including the shooter. several people were taken to the hospital this morning, including two sheriff's deputies shot. >> it was like being on the scene of a movie. >> my heart goes deceased and the wounded. >> the deputy's injuries are not life-threatening. only essential personnel will be allowed on the base while the after a sailor opened fire at pearl harbor. the gunman in hawaii was unhappy with the commanders, and was undergoing counseling. gabriel romero was facing an administrative process for minor misconduct. he was in uniform and shot two civilian shipyard worker toss death and wounded another

person. he then turned the gun on himself. >> two suspects are now under arrest. this happened in lafayette on november 26th. the two men they arrested are tied to at least four home commsions. led them to the suspects. both men are from fairfield and in their early 20s. police are not saying if cameras around the city helped crack the case. >> we're not shy about that. we want people to know this is not the place to come and commit a crime. >> reporter: officers found guns and numerous items connected to the invasions. and both suspects are due in court on monday. and authorities are looking for a third suspect. >> with an hour to go before the closing bell, the dow is up more than 330 points. the stock comes after a new jobs report shows the lowest unemployment rate in

half a century, down to 3.5%. that's despite global trade conflicts. employers went on a hiring spree in november. the labor department says the economy grew by 266,000 jobs. at the same time, the nation's unemployment rate fell to 3.5%, a 50 low. >> our economy has gotten stronger. the consumer, the investors feel confident in our market. and this has been a pattern over time. >> the end of gm's month long strike heavily impacted the numbers. manufacturing jobs grew by 54,000. employment in motor vehicles accounted for 75% of that number. but growth happened across a variety of sectors. the trump administration is crediting its policies. >> not only is america working, america is getting paid. the average american family is up $5,000 years.

offshore. you can see the cold front here approaching the bay area. let's time it all out. taking your hour-by-hour. at 4 p.m. you can see the showers are starting to push across the north bay. through 7 p.m. the showers push throughout the rest of the bay area. and we'll see pockets of heavier rain by this evening and tonight. here we are at 10 p.m. and as we go tomorrow, we'll see another storm system and this one could be stronger as the frontal boundary pushing through. here we are at 1 p.m. and could see isolated thunderstorms. here we are at 3 p.m. and sunday we're looking at more scattered showers for the your sunday. when it's all said and done, picking up anywhere from an

today's tip of the day. they're called rainbow carrots. it's like looking at a rainbow. white, yellow, orange, purple. there's like six to seven different colors and the bunch each carrot has a different texture and flavor. but all the carrots are loaded with nutritional value which is great. carrots are nice and bright in color. make sure the stems, look at the nice long stems are green. when you bring them home, store them in the refrigerator right
