good morning from the studio 57 news roochl at cbs news i'm anne-marie green. four weeks after the house of representatives impeached president trump for abuse of power and obstruction of congress, it will take a vote today. house speaker nancy pelosi will announce prosecutors in the trial and send the articles of impeachment against the president. majority leader mitch mcconn iden trump's impeachment trial to start next tuesday, this as new evidence emerges over the trump campaign's efforts to solicit information on joe biden from ukraine. nancy cordes reports from capitol hill. >> a 28-day delay comes to an end when house nancy pelosi releases the articles of impeachment without securing the assurances her party sought. >> we're in better shape than we were a few weeks ago, but there's no certainties at all. >> democrats have been pushing

month, and that iowa caucus is on february 3rd with another debate a few days later. half the candidates are obligated to be in the senate for the president's upcoming impeachment trial, which could last weeks, meaning less time to campaign in these crucial days ahead. anne-marie? >> thank you. this debate even more important. naomi ruchim, thank you so much. former national security flynn haed in robert ithdra mueller's russian investigation. he pleaded guilty for lying to the fbi about his russian contacts. his attorney said prosecutors broke their side of the plea bargain. flynn was slated to be sentenced in two week. in california an investigation is under way as to why a plane dumped thousands of gallons of fuelover a populated area, dousing schoolchildren. it happened yesterday after the delta flight bound for shanghai was making an emergency landing at los angeles international airport. some of the fuel rained down on

a playground. at least 56 children and adults reported minor skin and lung irritations. danya bacchus reports. >> reporter: emergency crews raced to a southern florida elementary school fearing the worst. park elementary lies on the approach path to the los angeles international airport. a flight bound for shanghai loaded with fuel had just taken off. >> we're requesting runway 25 right. >> reporter: the pilot declared an emergency, circled to land, and on final approach dumped fuel, some of it raining down on a playground. >> we have approximately 20 children complaining of irritation to the skin and eyes. >> reporter: the faa is investigating this incident because there are special procedures for dumping fuel over a major city. >> i was nt inside, and then my eyes started itching.

>> reporter: this video is believed to be that delta plane as it neared l.a.x. the plane experienced an issue and had an emergency request to release fuel. danya bacchus, cbs news, los angeles. there is new video apparently showing two iranian missiles striking an iranian commercial plane last week. the security video first shows a missile traveling right to left and exploding next to a plane after it took off from tehran. 30 seconds later a second missile is fired. it can be seen as exploding. the burning aircraft tried to make it back to the airport and then there's a fireball. p it crashed, killing all 176 people onboard. a retired u.s. navy admiral described what it could have been like on the plane after the first missile hit. >> a loud noise, possibly warhead debris coming through the skin of the aircraft, utter
