watch has been issued not only in the vicinity of that fire but for the northbay mountains once again. this goes into effect thursday afternoon and goes through 6:00 friday evening. the winds will not be as strong as they were, but when you have an of fire the size of the glass complex, the potential for it to spread in a nude direction has escalated concerns. winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 25 miles per hour. combine that with near record high temperatures again, and the associated low humidity, that is a bad combination. the wind gusts over the night into tomorrow remaining below 15 miles per hour. those are the gusts. sustained winds are going to remain below that. thursday the winds could start picking up a little bit more but at this point, thursday evening, not too bad just yet. we see higher gusts thursday night into friday. this is not going to be a repeat of what we had over the last weekend with hot, dry and extremely windy conditions, but still, anything that can spread the fire further than it has already gone is something to watch carefully.

10:39 pm
>> one died and's strategies, historically, has been to really take focus away from a problematic opponent and focus on the moderator, focus on the people at home, several times he did this thing where he looked and said, how is your life these days or words to that effect. so, really trying not to give the president all his attention . sometimes it was more successful than not. certainly there were times when they fought and really engaged. but, part of his strategy was clearly to not really totally focus on the president. i think part of the president's strategy was to demand that focus by continue to throw biden off his game. >> there were a number of pointed questions to both candidates, specifically to the president about white supremacy and whether he would denounce it. he was asked not once, but a
