to turn this around, you know, if he is going to back the blue, back it up with your actions. >> he just watched it on television like a soap i don't understand, how can you be so uncaring. >> reporter: would you consider filing suit against the former president? >> at this time, i'm not interested. >> reporter: do you think it's not right that they have made it political? >> it's not before being a republican or on democrat, it's not of that. it's about doing what is right for the country. >> reporter: and doing right by brian. what do you think he would make of everything that's happening right now? >> brian was very, he was a gentle soul, he really was. and he had a work ethic that was unbelievable. and don't push him in a corner. what happened now, i think he would be appalled. it will get better and it will.

businesses hoping to maximize the summer season. >> this has been the toughest start to a season? >> absolutely. >> this woman and her family have are run this resort for 35 years and usually hire 150 employees but this year, they are having trouble. >> we really only have a third of what we normally hire. >> reporter: a third? >> a third. we are really, really shorthanded. >> reporter: everyone, including remora is working double time, she has posted help wanted ads all over the web and has increased the starting wage from $12 an hour to $15 an hour. but there's few applicants. >> we are at 100%, we have waiting lists for the first time in ten years we don't have the staff to turn the rooms over ask fast as we would like to. >> reporter: they are not alone. businesses are looking for workers in this bakery in philadelphia. >> i don't have help. i had help. they went to other jobs.

shore. overseas china is confronting a worker shortage of historic al proportions, they are declaring that married couples are allowed to have three families now instead of two. it goes back to when they feared a population explosion. we have the story from hong kong. >> reporter: china needs more babies. yes, that may seem like a strange thing to say, since it's the world's most populaced country with 1.4 billion i'm, but they are getting older faster and they expect deaths will out number births as early as next year. fewer people mean less consumption, which means slower economic growth. that's a threat to stability for the communist party. but ijing's new policy, declaring couples can have three children up from two, is not enough said the political scientist in hong kong.
