one is a convicted felon. the texas law bans abortions after about six weeks is facing several legal challenges. investigating footage of border patrol on horseback aggressively dispersing haitian migrants. the white house is condemning their actions. witnesses say officers swung horse reigns near their faces. the probe could lead to disciplinary actions. more than 6000 have been removed from an encampment at a texas border town. the border security says it is, quote, challenging and heartbreaking situation but me be done. >> irregular migration poses significant threat to the health and welfare of border communities and the lives of the migrants and should not be attempted. >> he said he would increase the pace and capacity of flights to haiti and other countries to get the situation under control.

evacuated from a resort yesterday. country music singer has reportedly fallen short in his pledge to donate to black organizations and a school shooting is under investigation the roanoke times reports two students were wounded at a virginia high school. a 17-year-old boy was shot and 17-year-old girl was shot in the leg at heritage high school in newport news. their injuries are not life threatening. the school says they believe the shooter knew the teens. >> i kept walking and i see all the kids running back. you hear six more shots go off. i hope none of these hit me in my back. >> the high school and nearby middle school are closed today. rolling stone says despite

the star's pledge to donate $500,000 to black-led groups, the money seems to be missing in action. ? july, a promise to do nate after a video surfaced of him using the n word. in a statement to rolling stone, the organization says it received some money but $500,000 number seems exceptionally misleading. rolling stone contacted 56 other black led groups and none reported any money. they have not received an explanation from his representatives. still ahead, a dynamite debut from the u.n. a video from bts delivering a message of hope. bts delivering message of hope. and when they found a way to face it. for some, this is where their keytruda story begins.
