he was scoreless in 28 minutes over his last -- a guy coming out of a scoreless streak. ian: williams, the rebound off the miss by meeks. we're tied at 85-85 with 1:26 to play. jim: down to williams in the post. ian: back in, williams. oh, baby. k.j. williams delivers! jim: that is a beauty. i loved the call there. a simple isolation on the blocks. a simple delivery and pass. ian: murray state by two. one minute to play in overtime. shabazz, off balance, it doesn't go and the rebound gathered by skipper-brown. jim: he was looking for a call, too, with the body action. straight-up defense right now. good time for a stop for san francisco. ian: justice hill.

handles it with 40 seconds left, his team up by two. brown, splits defenders. drives in! couldn't finish. put home! skipper-brown! inside. huge bucket. bouyea. off the rim, no. popped up in the air. controlled by meeks. good, and a foul! two-point game and a chance to cut it to one. jim: the beauty of what happened just then on that possession is that everybody on san francisco knew that bouyea was going to shoot the basketball so they all funneled into the middle of the floor trying to look for rebounds for a miss and they found one. terrific effort right here by meeks to get that to go. ian: and a time-out taken. hill is being helped off the floor by two of his teammates. and he scrumables to the ground.

needing nancy from reflect trainer eric frederick and company. jim: i know i'm an old-timer but i had those my freshman year when you would get double cramps at one time and when they came on, there was nothing you could do to stop it. you try and massage it and that's what they're trying to do. you get up, say you feel pretty good, you start rung again and they come right back at you. ian: it's a complete team effort trying to get justice hill back. more from jamie. jamie: when this whole thing tarted -- started with him at the end of regulation, it was his cavs. now the teammates are working all the way up to legs to both sides on the quads. it's moving up his leggings as overtime progresses. ian: murray state, 89.

side then squats down. looking for some relief. they elected to trap, time came off the clock and matt mcmahon decided to take a time-out, regroup. it allows san francisco to discuss it as well. the dons are out of time-outs. murray state has one remaining. 15.7 on the clock. murray state just trying to get to the finish line. injuries, players that have fouled out. and matt mcmahon just looking for live bodies to get this done. jim: yeah, san francisco clearly has to foul and you see that possession arrow goes to san francisco? i wouldn't be coming in hammering people. what i would try to do is use two hands to reach at their chest to try to get my hands on the ball and if

francisco. the seven seed got a serious scare from san francisco but the dons fall short. murray state advances to play saint peter's in the second round of the east region. 92-7 your final. jim: well, this one wasn't that difficult to predict that we were going to have a good game it started out very intense and went the entire game. ian: it is, of course, the 7-15 matchup, as everybody predicted on saturday in indianapolis. the celebration underway for matt mcmahon and company. not sure if that's a body bump he wants from hannibal. jim: he doesn't want a second one, for sure. ian: send it to jamie. jamie: coach, you told us yesterday that your team had an incredible will to win. how far deep did they have to dig for this one?

this is the toyota game day on kpix 5. >> what a st. patrick's day and night! vern glenn alongside with coach dan. still the last usf head coach to win an ncaa tournament game. it is the ncaa game day post game show. and, boy, usf and murray state gave us quite a show as advertised. could have gone either way!

>> could've gone either way. really got to give them a lot of credit. he's a double double guy, can block shots. i really think they pull it out but murray state, they won 20 in a row. 21, very good team but they hung in there throughout the game and certainly he was magnificent. 36 points, unreal performance. >> just when you thought it was over. down by eight, they keep coming back. let's go to the end of the game. usf get they stop coach and then at the other end, bouyea does his thing. a beautiful stop here. like you said he's got that little step back. >> he's got that little move. i call it the james harden move. kind of a step back. curry does it well. they all do it well but bouyea, that was well done.

and the don's actually got on a roll at the end of regulation to get it into overtime. but, murray stages cap attacking the rim, attacking the rim and the don's could not really shoot the three-ball. they shot 35 threes during the game. more than half their shots. they only took 68 shots. 35 or three but they only made nine of them. >> now let's go to the overtime period. you are like okay now it can really go either way. and this was like rocky balboa and apollo creed. it was just back-and-forth. dons within a shot. murray state would come back and they would hit a shot at it was just a matter of who is going to hit the last one. >> it is like whoever had the ball last was going to win this. now that is a very difficult shot. >> oh, my gosh. that was a long range pro three right there. but, murray state, you know, they would not be denied. they were tough.

they outrebounded them by eight rebounds. so i thought that was big also. and both teams in big-time foul trouble throughout the game. it was a terrific game. >> really know loser in that game for sure. both teams were sensational. >> let's go big picture. bouyea. his line, 36 points tonight and when they struggled, he said all right, here's my back, climb on. >> and they certainly did. the one thing that i was surprised that was shabazz going 1 for 10. because he's normally a guy that give you at least double digits. will get 12 or 15 and can go for 25 and he just could not find it. that is bouyea again or maybe that was shabazz. no, that was him once more. >> it was bouyea the whole night. and it just wasn't enough at

the end. all right, now, you had brought up shabazz. here is a guy, last week when i talked to todd and i said what do you need? he said i need my guard plays to be outstanding. bouyea was and shabazz just was not. sometimes you just get got. >> sometimes it happens. you know, i think when you talk to coach, i think he knew massalski was not going to play. he knew that. so now you go to shabazz and that is the strength of the san francisco team. both of those guys are kind of electric players and they steal the ball, they are good offenders. i mean they are just terrific. just a great backcourt. >> shabazz is a guy that just likes the moment. they got to halftime and you look at the score sheet, you don't have any points! nothing. >> didn't have any points all the way until really not much time left. >> at the end of the game he finally hits a three.

1 for 10 at the game and on that plane ride back, he is going to be thinking about that. >> it was still a heck of a year. it was a great year miming this was a big year for them. they played really well and certainly, now they do lose some players, but till this is a momentum type year where they could build upon and now with, you know, the way college basketball has been going, transfers come in all over the place. going to transfer portal, people know about san francisco, so it will be an opportunity for them to maybe bring in some extra players. but still, bouyea meeks is back. and i thought markovetskyy. but no bouyea next year. that is a guy that is going to be hard to replace. >> when i woke up last morning the last team that i felt i
