degrees. that means we will be near 80 for some of our warmer inland spots. low 70s in the heart of the bay. it will not be as windy today. that is the reason why. we had a strong onshore flow yesterday. we have an offshore wind right now. it is windy in the mountains but not all that windy at the lower elevations. as a result daytime highs are able to climb. 79 in concord and 77 in livermore. he will get warmer as we get into the early part of this week and i will be back with the complete forecast and just a minute. house speaker nancy pelosi has just met with the president of ukraine in the country's capital. footage from the office shows flowsheet leading a congressional delegation. she is now the highest-ranking american official to visit ukraine since the start of the russian invasion. she told the president that his efforts to fight for ukraine's freedom has broader significance for the world.

spike the fbi and district attorneys office announced multiple pittsburgh and antioch police officers were under investigation. refused to say what it was about and how many were involved. the mayor said he fought for police reform and will work with a new police chief to bring change. >> we are moving in advancing police reform and i know it doesn't happen overnight and summer frustrated. >> the mayor said any information about the police officer investigation would have to come from the fbi and the das office. those two agencies have declined to answer any questions. we have new details in the death of a rookie san jose police officer. the santa clara county coroner's office said he died of a fatal overdose. he was found unresponsive at his home back in march. he had only been with the police department for about a year. san jose police chief released
