there is some rain trying to inch into california, and i doubt that we will get measurable rain, but that is why we will be measurably cooler today. we will see the showers staying farther north today, but with the gray skies out here, and starting to show up downtown in san jose, the temperatures will be 10, 15 cooler today than yesterday, and yesterday we were cooling down. so it is a cool 59 in santa rosa, and i will be back with the daytime highs in a moment with the full forecast. >> okay. and now, international travelers no longer need a covid test to get gak into the the u.s. and it comes with the travel season in full swing and a lot of americans starting to fly again. >> reporter: starting sunday,

countries. people took part in a rally this weekend demanding changes in the gun laws. these people at san francisco city hall said they are sick and tired of the gun violence. march for our lives is a student-led effort and call for ak unsh. the rallies took place in oakland and other parts of the east bay, sonoma and the east bay, and other parts of the country. >> it is heartwarming to see the people come together and demand action, but it is also saddening. >> this day of action is coming together after the elementary shooting in texas where a gunman shot and killed nine

schoolchildren. and now, max darrow has a report from last fall on this mission bay. >> reporter: the sidewalks in mission bay neighborhoods are sinking. this is one example. frustrated owners have installed temporary ramps to help pede pedestrians, but now they are taking action against the city. this is brand-new area, and it is a problem that is so old, they that ri going to file a suit against the city in hopes to have it ticketed. some to sinkholes are more than a foot in some spots. this is how the problem was described in the fall of 2021. >> some of the gaps are
