>> crews of north bay jumped quickly on a brush fire that was that was sparked by lawnmower. the fire broke out on saturday in petaluma. firefighters sandman using a lawnmower to cut cut back on dry brush ended up igniting the vegetation. firefighters quickly knocked down the flames thankfully before gusty wind started to pick up. >> obviously it was a good intention and somebody wanted to to take care of their yard unfortunately and 86 degrees with 16% humidity, it is too dry dry to mow your lawn. you have got to do that in the morning when it is nice human. > >> fire crews focus on containing the area where the livestock and pets were living.o animals or people were hurt. the the blaze burned three and half. > >> for all of nova county, officials have increased the fie danger rating from high to extreme as temperatures are expected to in restoring the next few days. > >> air quality is getting worse. worse. the bay area advisory has has been issued for today due to to smoke. it is just to advise people that at certain

>> they are lying about the extent of their first, their dun of their force. >> reporter: a couple of the officers kneeled on angela's shoulder and neck cutting off his oxygen. the family attorneys filed a federal civil lawsuit against the police department alleging wrongful death. emac this report was not fair. it was fair. it was not impartial. it was intended interview to improperly absolve the officers of pretty clear wrongdoing in this case. [ music ] on december 23, 2020, the sister called 911 after the object was having a mental breakdown. and officers arrived to find the mother holding the child in a bear hug physician. officers a that since he was not cooperating, they separated the two. they handcuffed and kneelen the victim's shoulder to control control him. the family tells the officer they should have just cuffed him and allowed to it up. >> he was compliant. he was not compatible. >> does he have a pulse? what is is happening? that was the mothr asking the officers why her son was on responsive. he never regained consciousness and he died three days later. a
