the latest example in alemedia county where a 38-year-old man was shot at the intersection of willing boevard. he got into an argument with occupants in another car. a week after that killing, family and friendlieds and much of the community came out not only to remember but demand something be done. beas theory. >> my son is not -- >> reporter: anna struggled to the find the words to describe her son. his family said he was on the way to the grocery store when another driver cut him off. the sheriff's office said he was on face time with his wife moments before he was killed.

the victim is said to be in stable condition at the hospital tonight. >> again in oakland, investigators are investigating a 94th homicide of the year. a man had gunshot wounds to the head or back. no suspect was arrested in that case either. >> police investigating a double homicide in hayward. a father and son stand to death in london avenue. it happened after 4:00 in the morning. hayword police got a call about action in the house. the governor addressed two bills about catalytic converters. the thefts have increased 10-fold since 2018.

flanks. it has destroyed 78 buildings. firefighters are mopping up hot spots in a three alarm fire that went through the warehouse last night. the fire was contained by 1:00 a.m. no injuries and so far, no cause. in the north bay the north valley fire department thinked be joining the district. in the past they shared a battalion and chiefs and other staff and so it was set to be on october 3rd for the fire department to join the district. they want more people to go outside and have fun. sounds good. motivation to put together a list of out door activities including sand castles and sea lions on pier 39. and fishing and walking or biking across the golden gate bridge. those who get a slice of nature

but you will keep cooling down over the next few day and back down in the. we didn't get to 70 in the city today. you should be in the 70s and enjoying that and not stuck in the mid-60s of summer and you will get more of those coming up. right now temperatures in the low 50s and 60s and tomorrow morning, i want you to see how widespread this will be when we wake up. it is not like this is getting pushed down far enough. it is a gray start. even in the tri- valley we'll get some of it. concorde may not have to start out for it. that allows us to keep cooling down. upper lows in the 50s and the daytime highs tomorrow little more than they were today. we are in the nines for concorde and livermore. 84 is an average daytime high

i got less energy. i've got a lot of pain. >> back in 1990, long before it was a popular idea, the east bay dad suggested they visit all 30 baseball fields. dan was diagnosed to parkinson. the family had a lot of the uncertaintys and fears and didn't know how much time dan had left. son robert decided to finish the goal of visiting all 30 parks. oakland a 's. >> it was too much driving. last 18 years robert a film maker made three documentaries about the ballpark and parkinson journey and help people to understand the disease. on sunday, they came back to where it all started.
