isolated incident. at least twos have been connected to catalytic catalytic converter thefts in the past a days. last tuesday, in oakland meant was killed in front of his home while apparently trying to stop thievs from stealing his catalytic con. the shooting marked oakland 101st homicide. two days later, in the north berkeley hills, a resident spotted two suspects targeting his neighbors car. he yelled at them to stop, and logic of the suspects opened fire. luckily, no one was injured. from and police have arrested three men in connection in connection with the kidnapping of a 28-year-old union city woman earlier this week. > >> police say these three men attacked the woman monday at hee monday at her home and forced her into the trunk of a car. investigators later found her aa hospital, think she was beaten d left unconscious in a creek. police checked on the three suss yesterday. > >> president joe biden is in southern california tonight. hes on a two day visit to tout his s accomplishments and attend a
