looks into his past and why he wasn't caught sooner. >> reporter: well he does have criminal history, but appears t be non-violent. records indicat he a misdemeanor dui in 2009 an a felony possession of cocaine in 2019. in 2017 he was cited for failing to obey a traffic stop. there were two traffic citations in 202 it 1 and 2022. brownlee recently formed a single member llc called solid blue transport. it's incorporated with the office address listed at his home in stockton. several possible relatives in chicago. we're in the process of confirming that now, but of course that would b significant because the suspected stockton serial kille seen here in video in the left

the cool spot, it's 55 degrees right now in santa rosa. you're more likely to drop down to 50 degrees. not a whole lot of vacation or the temperatures at the moment. and that fog is going to be present, but it's not going to be again nearly th factor. what fog there is to begin the day on tuesday should dissipate quickly. and again, plenty of that filtered sunshine. the temperatures tonight dropping down to the lo to mid-50s. not a lot to begin the day tomorrow. high temperatures will be about thre to six degrees above average. and those high temperatures wil reach the low to mid-70s for sa francisco and oakland. that's not bad for mid-october and mostly 80s inland. you can add few more degrees for these high temperatures on wednesday. but that will leave us short. thing

will shift and we will start cooling down. it looks like it will settle in over the weekend well yeah, there's a chance in the six to ten-day outlook. but they're staying to the north, more likely that as we head through the last week of octobe is when we might see shower chances paying attention to the bay area. friday night into saturday, it's lower than 20%. we'll keep you updated in case things change, but i don't thin you'll need to adjust any outdoor plans at this point. yo can see the pattern throughout the week. temperatures go up tomorrow, they peak on wednesday. then we start headin back down from near 90 degrees in san jose and wednesday and all the way down to 70 on saturday and sunday. a similar drop for other inland parts of the bay area. north of the golden gate and temperatures will be slightly below normal o saturday and sunday and before we start coasting back up by monday. >> get out and meet your
