well, the crowd of teachers blocked franklin street in san francisco today to try to send pretty loud message to the school district. they say they are absolutely fed up with getting partial paychecks, or sometimes no paycheck at all. >> one of my paychecks was 33 days late. my paychecks have been incorrect when they are coming on time. >> it is insane how long it is taking them to figure it out. people can't get help. i don't have time to analyze every paycheck to figure out if there are mistakes. >> lots of people out there today. this is the results of the district's new payroll system. after months and months of issues, teachers want the district to ditch the new syste altogether.

>> the bottom drops out. which is unique to the liia, particularly. in other parts of the country, it peaks in july, august, it slowl coasts down into winter. our temperatures peak around labor day, and throughout all of fall it is just plummeting down to temperatures we are experiencin right now. let's take a look at the corrupt temperatures we usually experienced, or what we call meteorological autumn, again, the norman warmest time of year is late october, and those temperatures just drop like a stone us we had through late october and into november. and by the time we get to the end of this month, the average temperatures for san francisco, san jose, and concord are almos identical. so that is inland spots, really dropping off on a typical basis, and we usually d follow-up some warmer than average temperatures, with a cold snap like we are going to be in for for the next couple o days. but also a dry break for the next couple of days. thursday and friday, across the bay area, that will not last an the couple weekend. the next storm dropping into the north,

as we head to future cast, and we are done with rain chances for this latest system. snow falling of the high sierra, clear skies tonight, lots of sunshine tomorrow, so temperatures will try to warm u from that chilly start. we will see a few passing clouds for th end of the work week on friday. those will not be a big deal, and then we will see increase i clouds, friday night, into saturday, starting dry on saturday, but those rain chance are going to be increasing over the north bay, saturday afternoon, with rain chances dropping down towards the golde gate by around sunset, saturday evening. this is one version o forecast model, we will take an update on timing as we get to the weekend. but it ushers in prolonged stretch of wet weather, which will hopefully put an end to this particular fire season, or at least knock it down for a while. on the low-end, this is the worst case scenario what we will expect next week, and averaging out al of the very dry forecast spells and the ones that are more enthusiastic, anticipating anywhere from an half an inch t an inch of rain next week. odds are we will probably overachiev on these numbers. that would be

very nice, just for long range across the bay area, and more snow in store , anywhere from 2 to 4 feet of additional snowfal through thursday of next week. again, we will keep you updated for now, we are in a calm pattern. temperatures dropping off, it is down to 42 degrees already in santa rosa. it will be a cold >> tomorrow morning at 33 degrees, but it is not even close to the coldest temperature you have had so far this year. if you do drop one more degree, down to freezing, it will be the 23rd time in 2022, so it is not going to be that cold, just a little startling when it is the first time in the season we have had this kind of cold weather. temperatures tomorrow, still 5 to 10 degrees below average. upper 50s along the coast, otherwise low to mid 60s across the board. those temperatures might warm up a few more degree for the end of the work week, friday, and then temperatures back off, slightly, saturday, with rain approaching from the north. likely . we will get to the second half of the weekend,
