a woman holding a child went on a rampage on board a night out of san francisco. the result? three people ended up getting checked out at the

hospital including a flight attendant. so this happened sunday morning. the there were multiple angles. right now the fbi and the atf are looking into this. no word on what charges that unruly passenger will face. police at the university of virginia are still trying to figure out why a student and a former member of the football team shot and killed three players and wounded two others. this happened on campus last night as their bus returned from a class field trip. >> there were more and more gunshots. so we thought he was going to shoot everyone. >> police arrested officer jones jr. his father said he last talked to his son a mother

little ripple in the atmosphere in terms of high clouds across the bay area today. southern california, that's really going to kick into santa ana winds there. the winds over southern california are going to be much stronger than we anticipate around the bay area over the next couple of days. let's track our winds just in the process as we head through the rest of tonight. nothing too strong, but the mountains are going to be gustier as we head further into the daylight hours on tuesday. keep an eye on the numbers for calistoga, vacaville. and those, especially above 2,000 feet is where we will be picking up wind gusts. they'll be offshore winds, which is the right direction. the relative humidity levels are going to remain fairly steady through the rest of tonight. usually they go up. the humidity bottoming out in the 15% to 20% range over the north bay. only

inland valleys to the east bay as well. the combination of gusty winds will, but the fact we got some rain, helping to mitigate that fire threat. and also helps if the winds aren't going to be that strong. but we need some additional rain. we don't have any in the seven-day forecast. we do have some signs, maybe things will shift a little bit farther down the line. 6 to 10-day outlook from the climate prediction center shows a weak signal as we approach thanksgiving. showing a stronger signal towards those wetter conditions. fingers crossed. we want more rain before the month of november comes to an end. looking outside, a beautiful view of downtown san francisco, where the temperature is 51 degrees. that's the warmest location or the least cool location if you want to think of it that way. 47 degrees right now in santa

powerful and emotional testimony from jennifer siebel newsom as she took the stand in the sexual assault trial of harvey weinstein. the former movie mogul serving a 23-year sentence in new york. reporter tom wait has more on what happened in court. >> reporter: an emotional jennifer siebel newsom came face to face with harvey weinstein in a downtown l.a. courthouse on monday. the testimony was heart wrenching,
