chances down the line. there is another chance on friday night into saturday, lingering into sunday of next week. that pattern with us into early next week. tonight, two to four inches. once we get more rain, there will be plenty of more snow. anywhere from 3.5 feet of additional snowfall adding up into next monday. looking outside right now, some clouds on the horizon as we look southward. upper 50s and 60 degrees. not a lot variation through the rest of this week. a little bit more variation in the lows. otherwise, most of us in the low 40s to start the day tomorrow. everyone tops out in the 50s. 54 degrees in a few locations. the warm spot, 57. that will change from place to place. there are consistent

we are learning so much during the food drive. we have seen how food insecurity affects people from all walks of life. i spoke with a local food bank on the importance of providing fresh produce during the holiday season.

>> reporter: it is a busy day, they are moving fresh produce. something that really struck me here with your organization, knowing that half of the people that you serve our children and seniors. why is fresh produce so important to kids and seniors? >> we have a much better understanding of how nutritious food impacts your health and wellness. of course for children and families , getting the nutritious food that you need is really important. to me those are so impactful. we have heard from so many seniors who say that i have to choose a meal over medicine. you want to bridge that for the senior population. >> it is a tough choice between paying the rent and paying your medical bills and being able to afford food. for so many families, this is really a struggle. we see people making compromises like having to resort to force. the longhouse

know that one out of six people will go into the holidays experiencing food insecurity. they depend on heroes, why is your company stepping forward to do something about this problem? >> we have been contributing to the food bank for almost 15 years in volunteer and donations. because of our contribution this year in donating time, we have been able to have the foundation contribute $20,000 to the empire food bank to continue their great work and serve this community. >> that is beautiful. nick, with the food bank, why is this so important? >> it is so important to the community. it will provide almost 50,000 meals and you know, a dedicated partnership through contributions like this with volunteering, we see them here in the warehouse, it is a huge help. >> we need everyone. we are
