not the only victim. right next door is a bakery and the window here has been shattered as well >> this is the initial window. he broke it. threw the rock. it hit here. >> reporter: san francisco native moved to pittsburgh to raise a family. she started up sandwich shop after having her second child. it has been opene for six years and she has never experienced anything like this. >> 24 hours, three windows t is starting to get a little, how d you stop it? >> reporter: here is the surveillance footage ever the incident. the suspect breaks a window, runs in, runs out, and then just walks away. >> tuesday night, 11:00 he breaks our window, enters, steals a soda, runs out. that i it. >> reporter: he came back the next night and broke two more windows. this time did not stea a thing. pittsrgh police caught the suspect but she does

not feel confident that his crime spree is over. >> they did not even want to book him. they did not want to book him because he is a juvenile. they don't want to ge involved, almost t. is like, okay, so, how do we protect ourselves? at that point? >> reporter: she has done everything she can as a small business owner. she has installed several cameras, nothing she does can stop these random break ins. >> just the emotions, up and down because you are, this is our safe space, this is our home. like, you know, you get attacked or feel violated. >> reporter: now, she is left t pick up the pieces and wonder when the suspect will strike again. >> they definitely need consequences if he is 16, 17 or 35, they are not getting consequences, they are not getting held accountable and a slap on the wrists not doing it any more. >> reporter: now, we mentioned that the suspect stole a soda a nicks. ae bary took iccream.
