supposed to be sailing tonight are still stuck after a dockin mishap damage their cruise ship we have been watching the ruby princess from our roof camel evening and it has been sitting there all night. in the past 90 minutes princess cruises said there is still no timeframe for departure. that is because the ship technical experts and the coast guard are still trying to figure out what to do about this. the big dent in the ship. it happened as it was pulling into peer 27 earlier this evening. the impact left a visible gas. thousands of passengers were finishing up their own crews at the time and fortunately nobody was hurt. no it is up to the coast guard to determine whether the ship is fit to sail, but despite the damage a fresh set of passenger was allowed to board for the next trip. >> i was certainly thinking about how the titanic has been in the news lately, so all of a sudden i didn't know anything

police in berkeley could soon be ordered to look the other way when it comes to certain psychedelic drugs. the city council will vote on a proposal to prevent police from arresting people for possession for personal use of natural psychedelics like mushrooms, synthetics and mdma. it would still be illegal along with the selling or gifting of any psychedelics. oakland, san francisco and santa cruz have also passed similar measures.
