seniors and those with disabilities and for kids that are so often the folks that are getting injured or killed. >> reporter: the tenderloin actually already has over 50 intersections that don't allow right turns on red. it is part of a pilot program launched in 2021. it has been a huge success. the report found that 92% of cars followed the rule. close calls between cars and pedestrians decreased. luke said those are signs that officials should expand the program to cover the entire city. >> we would see a real safety improvement . people not being hit or injured or killed but just as importantly, we would see an increase in perceived safety. people feeling safe crossing the street. >> reporter: supervisor preston expects the resolution

around beginning with the north bay where temperatures will be close to normal. even petaluma will be topped out in the upper 70s. you will crack 80 degrees tomorrow. that will not be the case around san francisco and oakland. everybody on either side of average. low to mid 70s, just above 80 down the peninsula and 60s along the coast . the south bay and valley temperatures have reached low 80s. some spots up into the mid-80s. that will be more common in land and around the east bay. the tri-valley temperatures creeping to the upper half of the 80s around antioch and brentwood. even though spots are not likely to approach 90. in the seven-day forecast, the inland bay area, is the while the swings in temperature. even the warmest spots in the low 70s for the first half of the weekend and that a climb to above average by the time tuesday and wednesday rollaround. than a chance of showers in the forecast for areas around the
