everything is done on a contingency basis, which means there are no upfront fees and you pay nothing unless we win you money. and if we don't win, you pay nothing at all. so really you have nothing to lose. - that's great, thanks tom. now, earlier you mentioned there were 17,000 car accidents per day in the u.s. an astounding number, but what about truck accidents? i would imagine they're not as common as car accidents, but often result in more serious injuries, is that right? - absolutely, gina, that's correct. since there are more cars on the road than trucks, we see a lot more car accidents than truck accidents. however, truck accidents often result in more serious injuries. it's a scary thing when you think about it. when an 80,000 pound semi truck crashes into a car or a motorcycle, it is just never a good situation. those are the types of calls we see here. families whose lives are turned upside down by a devastating crash. shock sets in, and they don't know what to do next.
2:43 am
there's a whole business side of the accident that needs to be addressed in order to ensure that you get a great settlement for your accident. and oftentimes families need money to care for injuries. and our experience with these types of cases, allows our agents to take great care of you and guide you through the process because our number one priority is to make sure that you get a great settlement fast. - thanks, tom. all right, everyone. we're almost finished with our time on the air. and as you can see, the phones are really busy. so take advantage of this opportunity and give us a call right now, speak with a live person and get the help that you need. okay, tom, here's a question submitted to us from dana. and it says, why should someone call an attorney after they've been involved in an accident instead of just trying to negotiate with the insurance company themselves? oh, that's a good question, tom. - yeah, that is a great question, gina. and thank you for submitting it to us, dana. there are several reasons to call an attorney after being in an accident.
2:44 am
and the number one reason is that you don't want to go it alone. our job is to get you a great settlement fast. and if we don't win you money, you pay nothing at all. there are many pitfalls and countless things that can go wrong and ruin your case. and you need to make sure you have someone on your side who knows what you can expect. and that way you end up with a big settlement, because that really is what it's all about. the accident happened and that can't be changed, but getting you a lot of money for your accident fast, can. so i encourage all of you watching at home, if you've been injured in an accident, take advantage of this opportunity and call the number you see on your screen. find out if you have a case and how much your case is potentially worth. - thanks tom, such great advice. - and you know, gina, one thing that i want to mention here is that everything is completely confidential. so i want people to know that their information is completely safe. the call is free, the consultation is free and you pay nothing unless we win you money. - thanks tom, now here's a quick look at the phones.

(murmuring) (phones ringing) (upbeat music) hi folks, welcome back. if you're just joining us, we have legal professionals standing by to help you. they're available right now to answer your questions and let you know how much your case is potentially worth. okay, tom, i've been in an accident before myself and for those of you watching at home, i know you can relate. it's a very scary time in your life, shock sets in and there's a lot that needs to get done. so what should someone do after they've been in an accident to start putting their life back together? - well, gina, you're right. after you've been injured in an accident, it is a very scary time in your life. and there are a lot of moving parts to it. your car is wrecked, you're injured,
2:46 am
medical bills may be piling up and you might have to miss time off of work. and the list really goes on and on. and it's like a part-time job, just keeping up with everything that needs to be done, but it doesn't have to be that stressful because that's where we come in. we deal with the insurance companies so you don't have to, and you can just focus on getting better. that's why i encourage all of you watching at home, if you've been injured in an accident that was not your fault, don't go it alone. call us right now and get the help that you need. we'll answer your questions, give you a free consultation, let you know how much your case is potentially worth. most people don't know it, but you can even get paid for pain and suffering in some cases, which is just another reason not to go it alone. at a minimum, give us a call and let us take a look at your case and see if we can help. if we can, fantastic. if we can't, we'll let you know that as well. - thanks, tom. such great points, now let's go back to the phones. we have brian on the line, brian, what's your question? - [brian] hi, my name's brian and my question is,

hi folks, welcome back. if you're just joining us, we have legal professionals available for you, the viewers at home. so if you've been injured in an accident like a car accident or a slip and fall, they can help. call the number on your screen right now and speak with a live person, not some automated greeting or voicemail, but a live person. find out if you have a case and how much it's potentially worth. now, let's go to the phones. we have a caller on the line, carolyn. carolyn, what's your question? - [carolyn] my question is what kind of cases do you handle? - well, that is a great question, carolyn. and the answer is, we handle personal injury cases. this is where someone is injured by the fault of another person. this could be a car accident, a slip and fall, a dog bite, a truck accident, a bus accident or motorcycle accident. frankly, there are countless others like a work accident or an automobile crashing into a bicycle or even a pedestrian. sadly, those are some of the most serious accidents we see and they're always very stressful on everyone involved.
2:49 am
there's one case that comes to mind where a woman was biking to work in the bike lane and a car made an illegal turn and crashed right into her. now thankfully, everyone ended up okay, but we always say a prayer for families involved anytime an automobile crashes into anything. the sheer power and destruction is massive, but that's what makes this so special, because families need money to care for their injuries. and we're here to see that it gets paid. - thanks, tom. now you might be sitting at home wondering, what is the legal help center? this is where we have legal professionals available for you, the viewers at home. they're standing by to take your call and give you a free consultation. so if you've been injured in an accident that was not your fault, call now. find out if you have a case and how much your case is potentially worth. all right, tom, we're almost finished with our time on the air. and we have a clip from a past client, francis who was in a car accident but was able to get the help he needed.

guys, play the clip. - my son and i were involved in a major car accident. the other driver was uninsured and we had major medical bills. we had to search for other attorneys, but we didn't find a good one to no a avail. a friend actually referred us to the legal help center and they were able to get rid of all of our problems. they realized that we had uninsured motorist coverage. so not only did that take care of all our bills, but it took care of everything else plus more. thank you, legal help center. me and my family definitely appreciate you. - that's fantastic, what a great outcome. thank you for sharing. all right, tom, let's talk about the fact that the phones have been ringing off the hook. and i know they're only on the air for a little while longer. - that's right, gina. the phones are nice and busy, which is great. but remember, just because our time on the air is almost done, it doesn't mean that people can't still call and get the help they need. remember, we have agents available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - that's a very good point. now we're going to take one more call

before taking a short break. we have ava on the line and ava, what's your question? - [ava] are you really available 24/7? - so tom, this has actually come up a few times in the show already, what's the answer? - well, ava, that is a great question. and yes, this has come up a few times so far, gina, because it's so important. people want to know that they can get help anytime they need it. and the answer is yes, accidents can happen anytime, and you want to know that someone is there when you need them on your terms. it doesn't matter if it's late at night, on a holiday or a weekend, you can always speak with a live person 24/7. that is our commitment to you. so if you're sitting at home and in pain or god forbid, still in the hospital from your accident, know that we're here for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. we're going to answer your questions, let you know if you have a case and how much it's potentially worth. - thanks, tom. it's great to see everyone fielding the calls and taking care of the viewers because that's really what it's all about,
