yesterday. to osborne home tonight after undergoing surgery yesterday. this letter waiting from her was telling her she was fired. >> the same day i get the certified letter i got a call from the governor's office saying, my job was reinstated to go that's all she wanted, she's undergoing treatment for breast cancer. she developed an infection and couldn't come back today her medical leave ended. instead of granting extra time the department of juvenile corrections told her she had involuntarily resigned. i i think i was considered a financial burden to the institution. i don't know if that's the case. was in 24 hours that we brought you her story she had her job back and then some. >> they decided to reinstate me. they are going to allow me the time to stay at home and recover and they're going to pay my salary while i stay
