the 20-16 summer olympics are officially over. rio sent it's thanks around the world.. during the closing ceremony. now the olympic torch will be passed to japan.. which will host the games in 20-20. here's the final medal count. the united states remains at the top of the leadboard with 121 then china comes in second with 70 medals.. followed by great britain with 67 medals. the rio olympics are now a memory - and a great memory at that. the games opened with doubt -- about zika.. dirty water and street crime.. and whether the host country was ready. but that's not how rio will be remembered...
