windsor up to 50mph. its moving it northeast 8 miles per hour. fairly slowly. it's expected to continue in that direction making landfall in the northern portion of the florida peninsula. as it does that it will get even stronger. we're talking by tomorrow at 1 pm, winds will be at 60 miles per hour. that's not quite a hurricane , and continuing up to 70 miles per hour by friday at 2 am. it could very well get there. you can see they are moving up through southern portions of georgia, the moisture at least, and eventually along the eastern seaboard. causing major storm surges. in addition to a lot of heavy rainfall expected in the area. it could cause major flooding. some coastal areas doing more than 10 inches of rainfall.
