emergency crews called out for a drowning in phoenix. this is a live look near 83rd avenue and camelback. the two-year-old girl has been pulled from a backyard pool. the child was not breathing and did not have a pulse. she was taken to the hospital stay with us for the latest developments in this story. a man shot in his car then crashed into an apartment building. police are on the hunt to find deadly shooting. >> team 12, jen wahl with the investigation. >> reporter: they are trying to put together to figure out what happened early this morning and the crime scene extended overnight. the victim was arguing with other people in another vehicle when he was shot multiple times inside his own car.

the maricopa county sheriff's office is searching for a missing boater. >> the boy disappeared while he was uploading -- voting. victim of a deadly crash this weekend in minnesota. the 16-year-old, diana garcia was hit by a driver that was fleeing from police. she was rushed to the hospital but did not survive. a man accused of setting off explosives in bullhead city is in custody. he was arrested for setting off bombs in an alley. officers searched his home and found materials used to make the explosives. still ahead on 12 news at 6 pm. virtual violence and kids, what doctors say that something can
