headlines now.. and we are expecting closing arguments this morning... for the scottsdale yoga teacher -- accused of sexual misconduct with seven underage boys at a bar mitzvah party. lindsey radomski claims she was slipped a date rape drug at the party and rape drug at the party and has no memory of the night.. but a blood test revealed she did not have traces of drugs in her system. one man is in custoty after he allegedy fired shots a vehcile...this happened along the ?median of i-10 westbound near the 10-and 17 split. phoenix police say people inside a vehicle said they saw a man and woman standing in the median..the victims say the man was holding a handgun and their windshield was shot out as they drove by.the woman hasn't been found yet. two glendale schools will be closed today - after they were deemed unsafe for kids to be in. this - happening at challenger middle and landmark elementary schools. according to an email from the school district, a recent improvement project at the schools found the buildings were structurally deficient.
