time now for a check of your hot headlines.. a 19-year-old is behind bars this morning -- accused of ?intentionally? causing a crash that killed someone. was trying to kill himself by causing the crash -- but instead cost another woman her life. it happened near litchfield road and peoria. in all -- four cars were involved in the crash. johnson survived and has been arrested on second degree murder charges. a one-year-old boy is recovering today.. after falling into a backyard pool at his home in chandler. investigators believe the child was able to get into the backyard through a doggy door.. and then into the pool area. officials say the boy was breathing and alert after the accident. he is expected to be okay.
