tours through ohio. a 30-year-old african-american has died after a police involved shooting in el cajon, california. police say a blackman behaving erratically was confronted by officers only to be tased and then shot and killed after he refused their instructions. the city's police chief said the suspect quickly pulled an item from his pocket, clasped it with both hands and raised it inha shooting stance. the 30-year-old has yet to be identified. he appeared to be strangely and walking in traffic when a woman presumed to be his sister called police. they said the suspect is mentally challenged, was having a seizure and didn't understand police commands. here she was visibly shaking after the shooting. >> i did not call the police to come and kill my -- >> neither of the officers involved wore a body camera,

the incident on her cell phone. according to police she willingly provided that video as evidence. the video's currently being reviewed as part of an investigation into the incident. both officers involved have been put on administrative leave. normal police -- normal policy pending investigation. as summer gives way to fall, california's historic wild fire season continues to show no signs of slowing down. currently 20 wildfires are burning across the state. nearly 900 fire personnel are the rapidly moving fire has so far burned 2250 acres and is only 10% contained since forming monday afternoon. one home and six out buildings are destroyed and 600 more are threatened. to luma county, it's 0% contained. one firefighter is injured and 850 more are on the scene.
