promising to book incredible trips. >> arch vacations did not deliver. stacia naquin joins us with the exclusive new information. >> reporter: after our report, the attorney general's office filed this consumer fraud lawsuit against the company that happened just today. these papers could mean new hope for customers who say they want their money back. and former employees who say they still need to be paid. pretenses, false promises. words used by arizona attorney general mark brenovich in this consumer fraud lawsuit to discuss the practices of arch vacations. former employees of arch vacations told me two weeks ago they believed customers paid thousands of dollars for trips that may not be booked. >> these clients and customers that we built rapport with and earned their trust are trusting us and they are being taken

underway, a first, donald trump and new allegations surfacing today. the new york times publishing interviews with two women who say that trump touched them inappropriately without their permission. one woman says it happened on board an airplane three decades ago. another woman says that trump kissed her against her will back in 2005. trump has denied it saying that none of it ever took place. also tonight, one of arizona's former pageant queens is claiming trump barged into dressing room filled with half naked contestants in 2001. tasha dixon competed in that pageant and said some of the women were topless and had no time to cover up. this comes as a recent miss usa contestant defends him. >> he came strolling right in. there was no second to put a robe on. some girls were topless.
